Terms of Service for Hydrojug

Order Processing and Approval

At Hydrojug, every order undergoes a thorough approval process to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or reject any order based on stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

Once your order is approved, it will typically take 1-3 business days to process. Shipping fees are determined automatically at checkout. After processing, delivery usually takes between 7-12 business days.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order enters automated fulfillment and cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

Initiate your return request within 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when products arrive damaged or defective.
Contact Hydrojug customer care at jennifermcdonald611088@outlook.com before returning any items to obtain return authorization.
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
