Hydrojug Return & Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

At Hydrojug, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return for eligible products. To qualify, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the exact condition as received
Returned with all original packaging, tags, parts, and materials included
Suitable for resale after our inspection

Returns missing original packaging or showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or abuse will be rejected and will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-crafted products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Products purchased during final sale or clearance
Items damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

Order Cancellation

You can cancel orders only within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel, please contact us immediately at jennifermcdonald611088@outlook.com. Cancellation requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Process & Refunds

Submit your return request within 30 calendar days following delivery.
Ship the item back to Hydrojug in its original condition and packaging.
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to complete the refund process.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless your order was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping charges paid at purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Hydrojug order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, keep all packaging intact and contact us immediately at jennifermcdonald611088@outlook.com. We will address the issue promptly.

Orders typically require 2-4 business days to process before shipment. Delivery times vary by location and generally take between 7-15 business days.
